Omnichannel program Cross functional Lead

Main purpose of the job

Support the program manager by leading the design governance of the Omni channel template and its integration in the different brand landscape for the pilots

Main Responsibilities

  • Animation of the proper design governance to ensure timely and relevant design decision, keeping the main design principles (standardization) and the goal to mutualize as much as possible between the brands ( template)
  • Validation of the end 2 end design of the Omnichannel solution produced by the various solution teams and ensure the maximum standardization of the solution
  • Ensuring technical compliance the Omnichannel solution (call to arms, security, data privacy)
  • Validation of the end 2 end testing strategy for the integration testing, non regression, performance, user acceptance and operability


Design governance in place with decision minutes

Key set of KPI defined and followed up to ensure standardization and mutualization

E2e solution design (X-Functional Integration) produced and validated on time

% of feature that are fulfilled in a standard way > 80% for the template

Testing strategy for Integration, non regression, performance, operability, user acceptance testing defined and validated on time

Security & compliance audit done for each "release" of the Omnichannel solutions with no blocking point

Required Qualifications

- Degree in Information Systems Management or similar (HES, HEC or University)

- Good communication skills in English & French (fluent)

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Business processes background

- Distinctive skills in planning & prioritizing

- Ability to identify and advice on a improvement action plan

- Proactive & solution finding approach

Key Skills

IS architecture H/D

Very Good and quick understanding of functionalities and technologies H/D


Degree in Information Systems Management or similar (HES, HEC or University)

Good communication skills in English & French (fluent)

Direct to consumer business

Web, SAP, salesforce technologies
