Digital Marketing Manager Belux

Our client is a professional FMCG and Healthcare organization, based in Antwerpen Belgium.

They are a leading International health technology company focused on improving people’s health and enabling better outcomes across the health continuum from healthy living and prevention, to diagnosis, treatment and home care.


You will be in the lead of defining a growth strategy for the companies own direct-to-consumer channel (D2C) and accelerate the growth of online sales with our retail partners in Belgium (and Luxembourg.) By doing this you’ll have the task to increase sales through the online market in Belgium and Luxembourg. You will work from the Dutch office, because you will work together with the Benelux team which is located in the Netherlands. Next to working in the Dutch office you will visit the clients / stakeholders in Belgium, working from home/Belgium and the Dutch office will be flexible.


As Digital Manager BeLux you are responsible for;
•Developing e-commerce strategy with our Belux retail partners.
•Taking the lead in driving additional online sales through retail by coordinating online activities to ensure maximum effectiveness and business results in BeLux market. (E-Trade Marketing, Above the Line media, Retail media, CRM, Content creation and Social Media.)
•Drive the online capability in the BeLux commercial organization and be consultant across different areas of expertise.
•Creation and execution of strategic growth plan for the D2C channel in BeLux markets.
•Creation of traffic plan and defining opportunities to increase new and returning visits via owned and non-owned media by managing internal and external stakeholders.
•Take ownership in the re-platforming of our D2C channel and lead the introduction of new online services or businesses due to transformation into Personal Health in the BeLux market.
•Enable internal stakeholders to create data and insights on campaigns, products, service and content to determine the effectiveness in a retail environment.


•Master or Bachelors degree in Economics, Marketing or related studies - able to approach topics both from an operational and strategic perspective.
•2-5 Years’ experience in E-Commerce in Belgium, preferred at a manufacturer or retailer.
•A proven track record in increasing online business and marketing strategies in BeLux market.
•High knowledge of BeLux digital market and understanding of various traffic models (SEM, PPC, Affiliate, Partnerships).
•Knowledge and experience with P&L responsibility
•Excellent communication skills, able to convince others.
•Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, who can connect people and ideas.
•High energy, proactive and a team player, who understands Technology, Marketing and Sales.
•Fluent in English and French, Dutch is considered a strong advantage.
