Our client is a professional Agriculture organization, based in Netherlands.
My client is a large chrysanthemum breeding company in the Netherlands. You will be part of an interactive and commercially invested team. Currently my client is looking for a new breeding lead.
As part of an interactive team you will need to follow commercial strategy and advance the company further within the market.
You will lead a team of approximately 4-6 breeders and take on responsibilities.
You will need to coordinate the programme and guide the breeders appropriately.
- Taking on a leadership role;
- Restructure and modernize the current breeding activities;
- Communicate with the commercial departments within the company to ensure the implementation of business decisions.
- PhD plant breeding or a related field;
- Proven leadership skills;
- At least 5 years experience.
