Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.
For one of the largest players in the Food, I am currently looking for an experienced operations manager with a strong technical background. The company is a large multinational with several production locations in Europe. For the production location, located in Noord-Holland, has around +/-110FTE and is growing fast over the last few years.
The Technical Operations Manager is responsible for the entire technical department on the production location in Noord-Holland. Plant Manager, the Technical Operations Manager is responsible for improving technical and production processes, performances, productivity and efficiency with a focus in Continuous Improvement and Project Management.
The Technical Operations Manager is responsible for a team of +/-20FTE which contains the maintenance and engineering managers. The technical operations manager is responsible for motivating and coaching his team and has strong communication skills. The Technical Operations Manager will directly report to the Manufacturing Director. The Technical Operations Manager will work closely with the Plant Manager.
