Project Leader Product Development (f/m)

For our location in Düsseldorf we are looking for a Project Leader Product Development (f/m).
Your new tasks...
- Plan and execute RD&E projects according to given divisional targets (Maintenance and development projects)
- Plan and arrange independently formulation work of new cleaning products for Food Service Applications in the lab
- Planning and controlling of project targets and –resources, ensuring quality-, environmental and safety standards
- Planning, coordination and evaluation of product test (lab- and field tests) following global operation procedures and statistical methods.
- Define new project concepts, based on technology analysis (publications, literature and patents in your area of responsibility), technical brainstorms and technology roadmaps.
- Establish and maintain contacts to local RD&E colleagues, global technology resources and suppliers.
- Specification work for internal spec systems
- Support divisional Marketing colleagues for project launch preparation
We are looking for...
- Graduate level as a chemist or chemical engineer
- 2-5 years experience in formulation and process development (Experience in Institutional business or food service business would be preferred)
- Skills in project management and statistical evaluation methods
- Good analytical skills and a quick comprehension
- Advanced PC skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (German and English)
