Customer Service Agent (m/f) Backoffice

In this position you will work passionately and relentlessly to find solutions for our customer's requests. Moreover, you support our external contact partners, allowing them with your insights to provide world-class customer service. You will work with both technical and non-technical escalations and on own initiative will endeavor in various projects, striving for an exceptional and seamless experience. The ideal candidate will not only bring a good feeling for prioritization of key business needs, but also a high level of autonomy. You are eager to take on responsibility and work in a team passionate for delivering the best customer experience. This job is initially open through a contract role lasting 13 months.

Main responsibilities:

  • Processing of customer queries, as well as escalations from first level support.
  • Creation and update of knowledge management platforms and documentation for our external partners.
  • Collaboration in ongoing process optimization.

Your profile:

  • Previous experience (+3 years) in customer contact, by phone and mail.
  • Ideally experience in using remote software and ticket systems.
  • Strong affinity for audio and IT related matters. You have been constantly exposed to technology and are comfortable navigating tech gadgets, such as: PC (Hardware and software)/MAC, Smartphones, Tablets and MP3 players.
  • Fluency in German as well as a high level of English.
  • You are customer obsessed. For you, customers are the number one priority and also in stressful situations, you remain solution oriented.
  • You are a keen and capable communicator. Comfortable breaking down technical knowledge to every customer. In addition you have a very professional communication style, including a flawless written expression.
  • You work comfortably in teams, sharing knowledge and workload with your colleagues and making yourself available everywhere needed.
  • You have a keen eye for process optimization, understand our process holistically and suggest improvement opportunities everywhere needed.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Fluency in French or Italian.
