We are currently looking for a Global Account Manager Europe (f/m) based in Germany or UK Your Responsibilities - effective * Build and leverage effective business relationships and develop customer specific strategies in collaboration with field sales, distribution and business support organizations * Lead customer negotiations and reviews with our major customers across Europe, including contractual terms and conditions, KPI's, pricing and product mix management, and contract renewals * Meet key business planning and reporting requirements including viable sales pipeline in various stages of the sale, quarterly/ annual sales plan and activity recaps, progress on account penetration, new business reporting and monthly progress report * Personally sell Ecolab value proposition of industry-leading programs, technology, information and customer service with a focus on selling new innovation programs and effectively coordinate product application and on-site trials to penetrate new and existing accounts * Stay informed with regard to industry changes and trends, proactively communicate current market information such as application of products in various markets, suggested marketing programs, etc. to management on a regular basis * Meet/ exceed annualized net new business sales objectives and actively support Institutional' s Retain, Grow, Gain portfolio strategy Your Profile - impressive * Academic degree and profound experience in an international B2B-Field Sales role, ideally as Corporate/ Key Account Manager in a similar industry within a globally operating context * Superior end-to-end sales skills with a proven track record of success in sales management as well as experience of retaining and developing international accounts across multiple channels * Excellent communication, negotiation and presenting skills, ability to collaborate effectively with all levels within Ecolab and assigned customers on both, a local and international base * Strong service orientation and customer profiling skills, capability to prioritize effectively combined with an analytical, structured, solution oriented and assertive working manner and business acumen * Willingness to travel within the region, excellent knowledge of English is required, German and additional languages are of benefit Our Offer - appreciative * Working in a dynamic, cooperative and global environment * Personal and professional growth opportunities and intensive training on the job * Possible future international assignments The Solution is You!
