Our client is a professional FMCG and Food organization, based in Antwerpen Belgium.
Our client is a leading food company specialized on production and commercialization of cocoa derivatives and chocolate products. This company has grown extensively over the last three years. Innovation and product quality are important pillars for this company, as one of the most important European manufacturers of chocolate and hazelnut spreads.
To strengthen its marketing and commercial activities in the spreads field we are looking for a Business 2 Brands International Marketing Manager. In this role you will manage the marketing and commercial part of the B2B accounts on the International markets. In this challenging role within the commercial team, you have an import task of strengthening the existing clients and search for new potential segments on the markets where spreads could be promoted.
-Responsible for projects/way of presenting and follow up of the A brads/FMCG clients consisting of large multinationals.
-As a strong communicator you will continuously be looking for potential business with new customers among the international Food producers.
-A Good knowledge and understanding of actual trends in the (International) food market is crucial to be able to be one step ahead and to think creatively together with the clients for developing new products.
-Responsible for the development and implementing of the marketing strategy on local and specific level.
-Responsible for the product portfolio with a strong strategic focus on the developing the brands at large clients and big A brands.
You are an enthusiastic and have demonstrable experience with managing projects within A brands and multinationals. You have International experience and are able to translate the customer needs and trends in the food market into opportunities for customers and the company.
- BSc or MSc in Marketing or Business Administration or Economics
- Experience with large multinationals / Head office level
- Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing and commercial experience
- Strong negotiator at management level/experience with major accounts
- Experience with A brands and FMCG in Marketing or Trade marketing
- People manager and result oriented
- Fluent in Dutch and English
