The FC assists with inspections at the Facility Campus, coordinates and executes all internal moves, and manages vendor relations and contracts on a daily basis. The FC is also responsible for the coordination and execution of small Facility projects. The candidate should be eager to learn, applies high degree of execution discipline, and is organized.
The Facilities Coordinator (FC) is part of the Facilities team. The FC’s main responsibilities are to provide facility support for GMP area (production and warehouse) and NON-GMP areas(Office). The FC will act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external service providers. The FC will establish and manage a good working relations with internal stakeholders from different cultures and has the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. The FC will perform a variety of administration tasks such as monthly updates, global performance boards, and arranges internal communications related to Facility & Engineering issues.
The knowledge and skills necessary to perform the duties of this position are typically acquired through a combination of education, experience and knowledge or the equivalent.
- Has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Facility Management , with 3-5 years professional experience (young professional)
- Has strong communication skills, both written and verbal in Dutch and English.
- Able to stay organized while multi-tasking and work well in a fast-paced environment
- Is willing to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
- Required to be proficient with Microsoft Office programs
- Able to perform in a compliance driven organization
- Ability to communicate on different levels
- Team player
- Hands-on mentality
