HR Specialist (m/f) Global Mobility / Assignment Management

To support our "Global Mobility & Compensation Management” team in Hamburg, we are currently looking for a HR Specialist (m/f) Global Mobility / Assignment Management Your tasks: The department is responsible for the group-wide remuneration and global mobility strategy and the management of group-wide programs including the strategic development of international mobility programs, policies, processes and their implementation and administration. You will be in charge of the global assignment process of our employees, working closely with HR colleagues and key stakeholders worldwide. You will manage all international assignments throughout their life cycles at all hierarchical levels across divisions and inter-regionally. This includes negotiating and drawing up contracts as well as solving tax and social security issues and carrying out the pre assignment briefing with the assignees. In our international working environment, you will communicate with your customers, colleagues and managers mostly in English. Your profile: Sound working experience in the field of Expatriate Management, preferably gained in a worldwide operating company University degree in Business Administration and/or several years of relevant professional experience in Human Resources Excellent communication skills, fluent English (written and spoken), additional language skills would be an advantage Proficiency in MS Office Intercultural awareness and strong motivation, team player Comfortable operating at a fast pace and dealing with change, flexible and thinking outside the box Able to work independently and to prioritise and to keep cool when things get tough Your contact: Have we sparked your curiosity?
