Our client is a professional FMCG and Food organization, based in Antwerpen Belgium.
My client is a food organisation that produces half fabricates in the B2B sector of the food industry.
In your role as Maintenance Manager TPM you will be the guiding professional that is going to implement the full TPM strategy in the production department. Since the company is in the very first phase of a TPM implementation, it is important that this process, involving both the maintenance and engineering department, is guided perfectly.
During your role as Maintenance Manager you are responsible for guiding, leading and steering both departments. Furthermore it is of utmost importance that in this permanent position you are able to realize a transition from corrective to preventive maintenance. This is done for example by executing risk analyses studies (RCA's, FMEA, FMECA's, RBI's etc).
- Master degree in Mechanical, electrical or other technical related field of study.
- Minimum of 8+ years experience in a leading maintenance role.
- Familiar with risk analysis studies like FMEA's, FMECA's, RCA's.
- Experienced in leading and guiding large groups of specialists.
