Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Belgium.

Our client is a large producer and distributor of fresh and frozen fruits/vegetables. The products of this client are sold all- through Europe.


In this role you are responsible for your own sales team, you know how to bring the right people together and motivate them to excel. In the role as Sales Director you take an active role in customer contact on an international level. You know how to optimize sales to create a more cost efficient division. You maintain the overview of the division and adjust where necessary.


-Build long term relationships with the larger accounts (National/International)
-You draft the Sales targets and translate these to concrete actions
-You manage the budget of your division
-You know your markets including trends and important competitors
-You know how to build a team and motivated people
-You are a strategic organizer with an eye for success


-Min. Master of Economics or Agribusiness
-You have 7> years of experience in a B2b food environment
-You speak Dutch, English and French
-A real people manager with a proven track record in B2b Sales
-You are customer focus, with an eye for opportunity
