For our client we are looking for a Sales Manager Bakery Ingredients for the International Market. You will work in a B2B environment, with the focus on maintaining and building long- term relationships. With your technical background and knowledge you are able to give technical support to clients on location. A good understanding of food production processes bakery and ice- cream applications is needed. You also know how to provide insight in this processes. The concepts of quality, innovation, service and reliability are central to their business.
-Responsible for achieving sales and volume growth in industrial , semi- industrial and artisanal customers in the bakery sector in the Netherlands
-Drafting account and sales plans based on current market trends and customer analytics
-Achieve the agreed sales targets
-Solution- based selling of ingredients by optimization and managing of the internal knowledge with existing and potential customers
-Negotiate contracts with respect to prices, volumes, terms of payment and other terms and conditions with clients and prospects
-Work closely with colleagues from supporting departments such as R & D, Technical Support and Logistics
-Master of Food technology or bio chemistry
-You have a background in the Bakery Industry or Bakery Ingredients Industry
-You have 5 years of working experience in the Bakery Industry
-You have Technical Sales skills
-Able to create good opportunities for customers by an openness and engagement
-Personal characteristics: commercial , initiative, result-oriented, customer-oriented , analytical, relationship builder , proactive and pragmatic
