We are currently looking for a Junior Project Manager HR Digitalization (m/f) to join our headquarters in Hamburg at the earliest possible date. Within the HR Processes & Systems team you will be responsible for the digitalization of all HR processes. We are currently starting to harmonize and standardize the global HR function across 40 countries and all business divisions. The HR Processes & Systems team is going to implement a leading cloud-based HCM system in 2017. This solution will support all end-to-end HR processes and will improve the day-to-day decisions of all executives, managers and people. Your tasks: Support global digitalization projects in the field of HR Manage and configure the Cloud HCM system Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor projects tasks Translate and document business requirements into functional requirements and technical design Improve existing applications and HR processes in close co-operation with internal and external partners Continuously improve and provide HR KPI analysis Develop processes and collaboration standards, internally and externally Your profile: Degree with focus on IT or Business Administration Professional experience, ideally in implementing HR systems Passion for improvement and the digital transformation of HR processes and applications Very good communication and conceptual skills with service-oriented thinking Strong analytical and strategic mindset and the ability to stay focused in complex environments Able to work as part of a team in a global environment Fluency in English and German (written and spoken) Your contact: Please send us your application using the online application tool on our website indicating your salary expectations and the earliest possible starting date.
