For further information visit YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Analyse the Company’s labour relations programs, policies and procedures and develop improvements in cooperation with Manager Support Manager with analyses and develop new policies, workers council agreements Assist manager by implementation of corporate C&B; policies Assist Pension Plans Management and in early retirements programs Analyse costs and competitive trends of improvements of the Pension Landscape Prepare data and participate in surveys and in reviews of data Develop administrative procedures to monitor and reduce costs and improve delivery of programs Oversee administration of pension plans, C&B; programs and maintenance of required records Document and evaluate positions up through middle management Analyse costs and competitive trends in cash compensation and benefits programs and identify the organization's position Participate in development of compensation and benefits policy Prepare communications materials to employees and workers council/unions YOUR REQUIREMENTS Master degree in business administration or equivalent in legal studies or related field At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources management (ideally in larger corporations) with deep involvement in C&B; matters First experiences in labour relations Excellent German and English skills Used to working in an international environment Thorough understanding of HR principles, processes and policies Strong analytical background High level of drive and determination Very good communication skills Solution oriented and constantly seeking to improve systems and processes Entrepreneurial thinking YOUR APPLICATION We welcome your application including your salary expectations and your availability.
