Within the HR Processes & Systems team you will be responsible for the digitalization of all HR processes. We are currently starting to harmonize and standardize the global HR function across 40 countries and all business divisions. The HR Processes & Systems team is going to implement a leading cloud-based HCM system. This solution will support all end-to-end HR processes and will improve the day-to-day decisions of all executives, managers and people. Your tasks: Ensure trouble free operations of our Cloud HCM system and all interfaces by having the role as Central Key User Provide 1st & 2nd level support and the interface to the 3rd level to global users Configure, administer and monitor the Cloud HCM system, interfaces and integrations Identify training needs, develop, organize and deliver corresponding trainings Manage and align interfaces and integrations to other systems Ensure data quality by setting standards, developing guidelines and ongoing monitoring of the data Support global digitalization projects in the field of HR Your profile: Degree with focus on IT, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering Professional experience, ideally in a helpdesk or customer support function Passion for improvement and the digital transformation of HR processes and applications Very good communication skills with service-oriented thinking Strong analytical mindset and the ability to stay focused in complex environments Able to work as part of a team in a global environment Fluency in English and German (written and spoken) Your contact: Please send us your application using the online application tool on our website indicating your salary expectations and the earliest possible starting date.
