Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
This organization discovers and manufactures therapeutics for serious illnesses all over the world. It strongly focuses on new medicines to improve people’s lives.
This is a fulltime role of 40 hours per week on site of the client. The duration will initially be till end of the year but is likely to be extended. The succesfull candidate will be payrolled by SIRE Life Sciences for the duration of the role.
-Translate global Clinical trial demand into an actionable global supply plan
-Responsible for demand and supply planning, including inventory management, for clinical trials at a global level
-Lead forecasting efforts, including key stakeholder meetings, to ensure the adequacy of supply/re-supply strategies and negotiate resolution of resource conflicts where necessary and actively participate in planning meetings to ensure that project needs, priorities, and timing are understood
-Serve as the primary interface with Clinical Development, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure coordination of all activities necessary to maintain the forecast and ensure an adequate supply plan
-Resolve logistical conflicts impacting studies and R&D milestones ensuring that supplies are not on the critical path
-Coordinate labeling, packaging, and shipment of packed supplies
-Promptly identify and escalate risks to study timelines or clinical supplies, from a supply chain perspective, to all key stakeholders and internal management
-Utilize systems to effectively manage key product/project activities
-Articulate clinical supply chain management processes and strategies to key stakeholders
-Review and update existing procedures and SOPs; identify the need for and assist in the establishment of new procedures and SOPs
-PhD/MSc degree & 2 years relevant experience OR BSc/BBa degree and 3 years of Supply & Demand Planning experience
-Academical background in Life Sciences, Engineering, Supply Chain or Business
-2+ years experience in the medical industry
-Experience in using an ERP
-Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
-Strong analytical skills
-Strong influencer and able to communicate across various functions and levels
-Experienced in MS Office applications, mainly Excel and Powerpoint
-Project Management experience
-Experience working in a regulated, preferable GMP, environment
