Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Belgium.
This client leading European Bakery organization based in the East of Flanders is looking for an eager, Junior Key Account Manager that wants to develop himself professionally and wants to take the next step in his career.
In this role as a Junior Key Account Manager Retail you will get the change to develop yourself within a quickly growing company. Together with the Senior Key Account Manager you will manage your own portfolio of Retail customers. Your focus will be creating long- term relationships with your customers, you know what they want and in which way you can create partnerships. The product range consists mainly of private label therefore you know what it takes to put these products in the market. Within this role you will get the opportunity to develop yourself as a real Retail specialist.
You are truly customer driven and are always going for the long- term result instead of the quick- fix. Experience in the food industry or FMCG is a must and you need to have passion for food. This is a beautiful opportunity for a young Sales Professional that is willing to take the next step in his/her career.
The Junior Key Account Manager we are looking for is not a flashy sales man, but a sales man who knows his market and his customers. Your main mission is to be a true partner in the daily management of the business on a self-controlled and well- advised way.
-Responsible for your own portfolio of Retailers
-Negotiating and execution of trade deals
-Work together with your Retail accounts to create long- term partnerships
-Writing the commercial plan, containing budgets & goals
-Realize the goals of the commercial plan
-For sustainable growth of the company’s products at your accounts
-Negotiating the conditions about delivery and payments
-2-5 years of working experience in a similar commercial role in the FMCG or Retail
-BSc or Msc in Economics or a similar Commercial studies
-You are a real Sales person and you like to win
-You are result- driven and customer focused
-You are a pro- active worker with experience in working with projects
-You have a no- nonsense attitude
-You understand private labeling
-You know everything about conceptual selling
