Our client is a professional FMCG and Food organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.

For a large player in the Food/FMCG I'm currently looking for an highly experienced Plant Manager who has experience with leading large groups and fresh food products. The company is a family company and a fast growing player. The Plant Manager will be responsible for the new production location.


As Plant Manager you are responsible for operations at the plant, which includes production, supply chain, logistics and technical services. The Plant Manager has 5 direct reports and 550 indirect reports. Experience with leading large groups is required.
Our client has an eye on innovation and efficiency and is looking for a Plant Manager who has proven record with Lean/Continuous Improvement.

For this role it's required to have strong communication skills and be the link between operations and strategic level. You know how to translate strategic goals to operational level. You also know how to motivate and coach your employees to improve performances.


-Leading a large plant: +/-550FTE
-Production, Supply Chain, Logistics and Technical Services
-Improve plant performances
-Translate strategic goals to operational level
-Directly report to the Operations Director
-5 direct reports (production, supply chain, logistics, technical services)
-Coaching and motivating


-Minimum 10-15 years of management experience in the Food Industry
-Recent experiences in the Food/FMCG (fresh food products)
-Strong communication skills: be the link between strategy and operations
-People Manager: strong coaching skills
-Proven record of Lean/Continuous Improvement
-Proven record with leading large groups (+125FTE)
