Our client is a professional Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical organization, based in Belgium.

A research-oriented organization that pursues close collaborations with leading innovators in a number of industries that are key to the present and future welfare of human society: life-sciences, energy storage, electronic materials, display and optical materials.


Our client is looking for an Technical Sales specialist who would like to focus on development of sales and marketing within Europe/EMEA.


•Development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies within Europe/EMEA, including strategic marketing plans for key accounts
•Align with US/Asian colleagues on marketing and sales activities
•Build/maintain commercial relationship with distributors
•Represent the company at trade shows, conferences and exhibitions
•Contribute information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts
•Prepare price quotations and respond to customer requests in interaction with technical support functions


•technically oriented university degree with a strong sales expertise and passion
•5 years+ in a b2b sales environment in the Life Sciences industry, preferentially in a bioprocess/ biopharma manufacturing related field
•fluent in Dutch and English, French and German are a plus
•customer- and result-oriented, teamworker
•self-motivated with entrepreneurial attitude
•willingness to travel in EMEA (30%-40%), some international travel required
