You will be responsible for for management of the R&D portfolio to ensure delivery of R&D’s strategy.
Management of R&D portfolio:
•Collect, compile, analyse & share R&D portfolio
•Perform portfolio analyses with the new Project and Portfolio Management tool (PPM)
•Strengthen project portfolio management within R&D
•Coordinate R&D resources management (time-tracking, rolling forecast)
•Train local end users together with Key users
•Communicate and promote UDRIVE use : newsletters, FAQs, system data consistency
•Prepare & facilitate (additional) training session(s) for key and end users
•Coordinate and maintain local key user community
•Support management team on ad hoc reports using Artemis information
•Engage, train & enforce project management process prior, during & after deployment
oMaster degree in Food Science & Technology or Life Science
o> 3 years of relevant work experience in innovation project & portfolio management
oFluency in English (written and spoken)
oStrong analytical skills
oAdaptable and able to work in autonomy
o Open, Enthusiastic, strong influencer
o Enjoy working in cross functional teams
