A Freelance Maintenance Manager where primarily you will be responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the maintenance organisation. The project itself is a long-term project of 6 months with a possibility of extension.
Primarily you will be responsible for operating efficiently and effectively within the maintenance organisation . You are also responsible for securing / increasing the knowledge of the entire maintenance division. You are also responsible for monitoring the standardisation of maintenance processes and ( technical) systems within the production . Another task is conducting an effective way of maintenance on all production and use of maintenance on realisation of projects belonging to the works. Finally, the availability of stamps , spare parts and maintenance budget of the organisation is part of your job.
- Minimum bachelors degree in relevant technical discipline.
- 3-5 years of proven leadership experience in an industrial maintenance function.
- Both knowledge of mechanical engineering and electrical engineering , machinery, maintenance methods and techniques to reduce downtime of the equipment.
- knowledge of products, stamping process and injection melding process.
- Basic knowledge of safety and ergonomics.
- Proven leadership qualities.
- Long-term vision.
