The R&D department maintains a high standard of breeding techniques. This department also works closely together with all the other departments in the company . Together these departments are the key stones of the company.

You would work as an ambassador of the products this organization develops on a daily basis. You will be in charge of exciting crops and also develop a new specie. Together with an exciting team of researchers and breeders your leadership skills make success a guarantee.
As this position requires ambition and leadership skills the job will provide you with plenty challenges. This will also provide the opportunity for you to develop yourself into head breeder within a few year (depending on your abilities).
•Develop new species and manage/enhance existing leafy crop programs
•Asses and analyze data of yearly production reports
•Continue to improve on crop structures
•Increase resistant and productivity of plants
•PhD/MSc in agricultural related fields or equivalent working experience
•Ranging from 2-7 years of work experience in a commercial environment
•Advanced breeding knowledge
•Native/Fluent Spanish and fluent in English is a must
•Strong communication skills and an open/mentoring personality
