Our client is a professional Agriculture organization, based in Lincolnshire United Kingdom.
Our client is a company based in the UK which is making a rapid growth in the market. They are looking for someone to strengthen their sales team.
Your responsibility will be to deliver and develop the strategy of the Vegetable Business Unit. In this strategic role you will be leading the team to provide the company with profitable growth according to the company's strategy.
- Capitalize on the breeding material in collaboration with the Head of Vegetable R&D;
- Develop, implement and deliver a strategy for the sales and marketing of the products;
- Leading a team and contributing to the business strategy.
- Experience in a relevant field and in sales & marketing;
- Developed and managed key accounts and key suppliers before;
- Leadership experience.
