Senior Global E-Commerce Manager (all genders)

What the activity looks like:

• Continuous development of our Leica B2C e-com­merce channel
• Independent management of inter­na­tio­nal e-com­merce projects as business owner, especially for the rollout of our Leica Online Store
• Business process analysis and concep­tion for the relevant markets
• Requirements analysis with markets and inter­nal stake­holders
• End to end process understanding and respon­si­bi­li­ty for the e-com­merce pro­ces­ses
• Creation of project plans and coordi­nation with project stake­holders
• Responsibility for execution on sche­dule, in line with quality and cost re­qui­re­ments
• Technical management of inter­discipli­nary inter­na­tio­nal project teams
• Coordination and execution of func­tio­nal and integration tests
• Technical support and consulting for sub­si­dia­ries
• Standardization and global rollout of processes for logistical and com­mer­cial processing of customer orders
• Definition of relevant business pro­ces­ses and IT interfaces, ensuring imple­men­ta­tion
• Analysis of KPIs and analytics data, derivation of measures to optimize the conversion rate and increase revenue
• Collaboration in projects for the further deve­lop­ment of the global omni-channel sales strategy
• Quality assurance and monitoring of store pro­ces­ses, (further) deve­lop­ments and store sys­tem performance also falls within the scope of respon­si­bi­lity

What matters:

• At least 4 years of university studies
• > 10 years of relevant professional and project experience
• Experience in the management of inter­na­ti­onal projects
• Project management experience in agile and classic project procedures
• Experience with Shopware or other common store systems and/or SAP is a plus
• Experience in e-commerce business outside Europe is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in German and English language
• Strategic and analytical, structured, inde­pen­dent way of working
• Quick comprehension, especially with regard to complex topics
• High motivation, ability to work under pressure, flexibility and willingness to travel
• Team spirit, reliability and absolute trust­wort­hiness
