Technical Customer Service VS Automotive (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact to the customer with interfaces to development, sales, production and quality
  • Improve customer satisfaction by being present at the customer's site (press runs / trials) and improving the quality of support
  • Manage technical and quality concerns with customers by resolving them cooperatively
  • Handling of claims together with the customer and the internal interfaces (quality, operations and commercial)
  • Monitoring the account by relevant KPI and contributing to the definition of counter­measures in case of deviations from the target
  • Support of development engineers in the industrialization of innovation projects and product transfers between plants and/or production lines
  • Support key account managers for quotations and daily business
  • Monitoring of market and customer activities in the field of automotive

How you convince us:

  • University education in engineering with solid technical affinity
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in automotive environment with OEMs, Tier 1/2 or similar experience as field application engineer
  • Detailed technical under­standing of Automotive production is mandatory (Press shop and assembly line are a plus).
  • Strong communication skills (full professional proficiency in German and English, French and other languages are a plus) including presentations skills
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, open minded, customer focused and oriented, conflict resolving
  • Expertise to work with cross functional and multicultural teams in an organizational matrix structure
  • Willingness to travel frequently to customers and production plants
