Your job site and team
Our brand new, 11.500 m² battery factory in Kirchardt is ideally located off the A6 and in the middle of the Kraichgau region: a green, family-friendly region with idyllic towns and great wine-growing areas.
If you join our Production Team, you can expect strong team spirit and real variety: because we don't tinker on the same components day after day, but work on ever new tasks with state-of-the-art machines in perfectly coordinated production processes.
Here’s where you’ll make an impact
You are responsible for coordinating all tasks related to the processing of product changes in one of our customer projects. This begins with the change request and ends with the implementation of the change in the (serial) production.
- During the change process our project management and production team is always well informed and competently guided by you.
- For you, it is obvious that you’ll keep track of all current and past change requests and will be able to lead the internal and external change board meetings.
- Furthermore you’ll track the cross-functional evaluation of change requests in alignment with all internal stakeholders.
- Last but not least, you’ll bring the experience from the projects into the creation and optimization of the existing processes of the PMO and thus make a major contribution to the continuous improvement of our process landscape.
This is your basic equipment
- Successfully completed business or technical studies or comparable training
- Relevant professional experience in a comparable function, ideally in the automotive-supplier industry
- Your English: Off the charts! Your German: Ebenfalls prima! Other strong points of yours: team spirit and the ability to drive change. Your formula for success: "change = chance”.
