As a working student within our R&D team, you will be handling the approval and analysis of headcount and project budget. As a great team player with strong organizational and communcation skills you would also handle various tasks like handling visitors, organizing events.

• Your role includes supporting and tracking our budgeting process for our investments and cost centers.
• Acting as general team support for various tasks like handling visitors, organizing events, and managing accommodation and transportation reservations is part of your responsibilities.
• Additionally, you'll be responsible for creating reports and presentations for the management team.

• As a currently enrolled student (m/f/d) at a university, you're pursuing a degree in ecomonics, business administration, finance or a related field.
• You have good MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Your strong organizational skills and ability to collaborate make you a valuable team player.
• You possess a systematic and analytical approach to problem-solving, coupled with good numerical skills.
• Your profile is rounded off by very good English and good German language skills.
