HR Manager

You will be supporting a wide range of HR and administrative functions, processes, and tasks that contribute to the overall goals of HR as well as provide excellent support to our employees.

You will assist with creating HR policies and procedures and administering payroll and benefits, support daily administrative duties and assist with hiring and onboarding new employees. What to expect ...

This is a great opportunity for an HR professional to guide and manage the overall provision of HR services, policies, and programs.
  • Support implementation of the Global Group Strategy
  • Payroll management (externalized): preparation of monthly variables, approvals and payments in conjunction with Finance.
  • Oversees the implementation of Human Resources programs/projects.
  • Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution
  • Advising international colleagues and local managers on labour market law issues
  • Support HR Professionals including Attorneys, Training Specialists, Insurance Brokers, Pension Administrators, and other HR outsourced resources.
  • Works Council ("Betriebsrat") meetings facilitation with Country Head.
  • Adheres to the standards of recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary for a high quality workforce
  • HR information, performance management systems administration and optimization
  • Organization development and harmonization of processes
  • Employee on-boarding, coaching and educating in a positive manner.
  • Local implementation of Group Policies.
  • Health and Safety management and implementation of H&S measures.
About you ...
  • You should have working knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, health & safety, hiring and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations
  • Fluent in English & German at a professional level
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship building and employee-coaching skills
  • Demonstrable proficiency in the MS suite, bonus for any (HRIS) System
  • Experience of administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources recognition and engagement programs and processes
  • Experience of coaching managers and stakeholders
  • Excellent Management skills
