Supply Chain Assistant (m/w/d)
Location: Onsite (Beutenberg Campus in Jena, Germany)
Work model: Full time (40 hours)
About the position
Our team is always focusing on helping our customers save and improve patient’s lives with innovative and highest quality products and we are currently looking for a Supply Chain Assistant (m/w/d) to join our ambitious team in May 2025 at our site office in Jena, Germany.
In this specific role you will support the Supply Chain Team in their daily tasks and help with managing shipping documentation, tracking inventory and dealing with warehouse management.
Your work will focus on
- Processing of orders for materials (internal and external) and services, shipment of products
- Physical material transfer
- Posting goods movements in SAP
- Support to Supply Chain Manager in quality, technical issues and projects
- Substitute for other employees
- Creation of orders and coordination of processing
- Management of consumables and raw materials
- Processing of internal material orders; physically and accounting
- Processing of orders for required materials and/or services in SAP
- Goods receipt postings along with prior check of completeness
- Picking, packaging and shipping of products
- Management and filing of delivery documents and process related documents
- Adherence to, implementation and improvement of processes in accordance with QMS
- Participation in inventory measures
We are looking for a candidate, who
- Has a Commercial training preferably as Industrial Business Management Assistant
- Professional experience in commercial processes, preferably in the fields of medicine, pharmacy or automotive
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP Hana S4) and good Microsoft Office skills
- Accuracy and logical thinking ability
- Structured working style
- Very good German and good English skills (German: CEF B2; English min. B1)
