Sales Process Manager (m/w/d)
Your Mission
- As a Sales Process Manager, you increase the efficiency of our sales operations by streamlining our Sales process landscape and by continuously improving our CRM system salesforce.
- You lead and coordinate sales-related projects and change requests and manage sub-projects in the areas of process optimization and digital transformation.
- You translate operational requirements into concrete system features and enhancements and coordinate their implementation in close collaboration with IT and external partners.
- You apply AI tools such as automation, predictive analytics, and process mining to identify and implement improvements across our sales processes and leverage relevant KPIs to enable data-driven decision-making.
- In collaboration with the Sales Enablement team, you support training initiatives and actively drive change management activities to foster user for new tools and processes.
Your Talents
- Successfully completed degree in Business Administration or a related commercial field, alternatively equivalent qualification
- Min. 2 years of experience in project management, sales operations, or CRM related roles
- Solid understanding of CRM systems, e.g. Salesforce
- Exposure to AI technologies such as automation, machine learning, or data analytics platforms (e.g. Tableau CRM, Power BI, UiPath).
- Fluent in English
