QC Inspector (m/f/d) - Quality Control

Location: Jena | Department: Quality Control | Full-time | Shift Work- morning and afternoon

As a QC Inspector, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality standards of our products. You will work closely within our QC team to support production processes, incoming goods inspections, documentation, and continuous improvement activities.

• Perform QC tests during ongoing production in a shift-based system
• Conduct incoming goods inspections for materials requiring testing
• Accept, control, and systemically record incoming goods in compliance with quality, safety, and process requirements
• Perform RGA tests (if applicable)
• Review QC records for correctness and compliance with relevant procedures, instructions, and specifications
• Register and document rejected parts
• Provide recommendations to improve QC systems, workflows, and processes
• Conduct QC-specific tests for internal and cross- functional teams (e.g., R&D, Complaints, Validation)
• Support general daily tasks when needed

• Completed vocational training, ideally in a technical or craft profession
• Work experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry is an advantage
• Fast learner with strong attention to detail
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality
• Basic English skills (B1) for everyday work communication and understanding of simple documents (e.g., delivery notes or instructions)
• Very good German skills (B2)
• Proactive attitude and flexibility, open to provide assistance in non-specific daily work tasks when and wherever needed
