Production Operator (m/w/d)
Location: Jena | Work model: Full time (40 hours/week)
About the Position:
We are looking for a full-time Production Operator to join our team in Jena at the earliest opportunity. The position involves working in a 2-shift rotation and is offered on a temporary basis until September 2027.
Your work will focus on
- Operating various production stations: braiding machines, manual welding tools, and heating ovens
- Machine setup and post-production maintenance
- Independent work based on work instructions
- Adherence to and implementation of quality targets
- 2-shift work schedule
- Cleanroom environment operations
We are looking for a candidate, who
- Has completed vocational training (preferably in metalworking) or possesses equivalent work experience.
- Has good fine motor skills and good eyesight.
- Demonstrates high manual dexterity when handling small components.
- Ideally has prior experience in operating machinery.
- Enjoys working in a team.
- Thinks and acts with a strong quality-oriented mindset.
- Has a good command of the German language.
- Is looking for a career change (career changers are welcome!).
