Programmatic Specialist

The Programmatic Specialist is responsible for the strategy and successful execution of advertiser campaigns. The Programmatic Specialist uses their deep programmatic expertise to educate agency and client contacts, secure client budgets, and deliver against our client's KPIs. The Strategist's intimacy with the programmatic execution allows them to speak and apply comprehensively to clients about optimization, insights and the overall programmatic landscape. The role also focuses on training, mentorship and internal communication to ensure that our teams are as collaborative and innovative as possible.

  • Coordinate with agency planners and advertiser stakeholders to identify client needs, provide strategic recommendations, and communicate campaign performance and insights.
  • Lead all aspects of programmatic campaigns, from planning and strategy through programmatic buying and trading, performance optimizations, reporting and client communication
  • Act as a source of programmatic expertise for agency partners
  • Work across various platforms including DSPs (trading), financial tools (Salesforce and Radia), audience building and analysis (mInsights) and reporting (Datorama)
  • Lead big picture strategy, translating programmatic capabilities into real world business outcomes for clients
  • Collaborate with various internal teams including Partnerships, Analytics, Technology, Finance, Product, Creative and Operations
  • Mentor and work with Programmatic Coordinators on the team
  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 1 year of relevant industry experience
  • Basic knowledge of programmatic media and DSP capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to de-mystify programmatic jargon for clients and agency counterparts
  • Strong critical thinking skills and an analytical mindset
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
